GIFT CARDS/ CERIFICATES Ashburn Spa Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and/or gratuity. Gift Cards are non-refundable. The Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered etc. Gift Cards/Gift Cards confirmation number must be presented at the time of service.

APPOINTMENTS As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We may call to confirm your service 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment and you will also receive an email & text confirmation. Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If running more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment or consider you are a walk-in and fit you at any slot available. We also recommend that you rebook your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS”- In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Client personal belongings at Ashburn Spa, we are not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, broken etc. This is entirely the Client’s responsibility to be prepared prior to any salon services.

Promotional certificates, coupons, website specials etc., cannot be used in conjunction with each other or for prior purchases or services rendered. A certificate, coupon, voucher, etc., must be presented before the expiration date. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates, coupons, etc. Please check the website for online specials.

FORMS OF PAYMENT We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks.

Guarantee for Shellac services

Provide full fixes before 5 days' notice.

Provide 50% off after 5 days notice.

Will not be responsible after 10 days without notice.

Please call for any issue with Shellac Gel within 48 hours to schedule an appointment for nail repair.

Guarantee for SNS services

Provide full fixes before 7 days' notice.

Provide 50% off after 7 days' notice.

Will not be responsible after 12 days without notice.

Please call for any issue with SNS within 48 hours to schedule an appointment for nail repair.

Guarantee for regular polish

Provide full fixes before 2 days' notice.

Will not be responsible after 3 days without notice.

Please call for any issue within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for Polish repair.

We will not be responsible for providing repair services without appointments.

We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon.

Please have your receipt ready to confirm the date you had your service(s) and the technician who is providing the service(s).

We have the right to refuse service.
